This is Pedro.
He is a REW (Red Eyed White). Born 15th May 2025. He is an absolute delight, incredibly loving. We have 3 children aged 10, 6 and 2. He is fine with all of them.
When he hears nuggets (we feed at 2100hrs) he gets very excited and this can come across as aggressive. He has never bitten, nor scratched.
I am more than happy to get him castrated before leaving me.
He will come with a backpack carrier, his nuggets, whatever hay/forage we have left. We buy him 50/50 blend from HayBox along with the Timothy Hay Cookies and many bags of forage- which he LOVES. He does have an indoor cage on a stand that can come with, but I would prefer if this was not the case as it is too small. This was a temporary measure whilst my husband built him a suitable enclosure for in our garage. However, we have found that perhaps we are not giving him enough time and it's very upsetting. He needs more attention. We have just moved house (4th) and we have 3 children, another on the way and 6 cats. The cats are easy. But this little man, we feel he is being neglected a little and because we have just moved, it's taking longer to build his enclosure and we hate that he's in that little cage.
