Meet Marnie, the only Harlequin Pinscher avaliable in the UK currently.
This does mean Marnie WILL ONLY be going to a extremely loving home. She is a special dog (sometimes thinks she's a cat). Has a silly, funny temperament but LOVES to curl up in your neck with a blanket of a evening.
She does like walks but zipped up in your jacket or under your armpit.
She is extremely loyal, doesn't like playing with toys but likes to hide them in her blanket. She doesn't like to sit on command unless she has a blanket under her. She is a very easy, funny cute dog with a funny playful hyper side but a very loving side. She doesn't think she's a dog. She is toilet trained in the garden.
She is a very special dog and again is extremely unique. I have had her 4 years and never have we met another harlequin pinscher.
The reason for rehoming her is she is not getting along with my other 2 dogs. It has been a huge and tough decision and heavly hearted, but I know I cannot offer Marnie the life I think is perfect for her. This does lead me onto say that she can only go to a non dog or cat home. She has hit a social maturity where she is now not getting along with my other dogs. She never really played with them before but was never phased by them. Now we are having to keep them separate with Marnie also spending alot of the time away from home with my mother in law who unfortunately can not home her forever. She is her happiest when being one on one in a calm environment. Ideally, I would like her to go to someone who doesn't work alot/ works from home. Doesn't have a hectic life style, someone extrmeley loving, caring and is going to give their whole heart to Marnie and she will be their world. I would also like someone who is going to make the life long commitment and not get her because she's cute but because they know they can love her for the rest of her life. I am in no rush to rehome her ASAP. As hard as it is juggling my dogs at the moment, and this has not been an impulsive decision and she will only go to the right person I know I can trust.
