Hello! I’m looking for a kind, cat-loving person or household to temporarily care for my beloved cat, Hoshi, while my daughter and I are unexpectedly homeless. Ideally this would be for around 3 months, but I’m open to it being longer (up to a year) OR even permanent - the former if you want to keep her for longer/have become attached - the latter if she is actually happier with you. I thought I would advertise here as maybe someone would like to try out what its like to have a cat or can only have a cat for a short amount of times themselves, or just want to help out a cat in need. I would love to find someone kind with a little garden for her ideally as sometimes I feel I'm not around as much as she would like, as much as I love her her happiness is more important to me.
🖤 About Hoshi:
She’s very sweet, snoozes most of the day and then is more playful at night. She loves affection but is only a lap cat on rare occasion and with certain people.
She loves to be in whatever room I'm in and purrs a lot all day.
She’s spayed and in good health.
Currently she's an outdoor cat but has been an indoor cat before with no issues, she doesn't usually go far outside but does appreciate a window to look out of.
Hoshi has been raised in a quiet home, so we’re ideally looking for a calm environment without too many other animals - she can't live with other cats.

I’ll supply all her food and litter and toys - I can pay for these ongoing
Hoshi means a great deal to me and my daughter, and this is a temporary arrangement while we’re between homes. If you fall in love with her and want to keep her longer, we’re open to discussing what feels right for everyone — especially if it turns out she's happier in your home. I want her to be happy more than anything.
