Twix is our lovely family pet who regularly attends hoildays and loves the beach. She is a great example of the breed and has an excellent temperament. We have had this bloodline for 12 years and have 4 generations living here with us. They all
Live and have been brought up in the house , very much enjoying being lay by the fire in this current cold and wet weather ! Puppies will be well socialised , have had regular worming and have their vaccinations and vet health check before leaving for new homes . We are always happy to answer any questions you have have in the future and love to keep in touch .

Lovely pup with amazing temperament. Came to us at 10 weeks pretty much house trained and sleeping through the night. Playful, friendly, curious, just an overall very good egg! We feel very lucky and grateful, thanks Stephanie.
Pros
Extremely affectionate and loyal little dogs
Very intelligent Dachshunds learn quickly and know how to please
Fun-loving and playful by nature
Energetic and feisty Dachshunds like to be kept entertained
Cons
Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
The breed is known to suffer from quite a few health concerns so vet bills can be high and why pet insurance is so important for anyone owning a Dachshund
