Description

It is with great sadness I am looking for a new home for Daisy. She is the most loving girl and lives with other dogs (I will mention some behavioural considerations below) she has grown up around babies and young children. Daisy has grown up with her brother of the same age from the same litter. As a multiple dog family it has become too much for me to take care of all of my dogs. I believe Daisy would be best separated from her brother as they are not bonded and have become quite intolerant of each other causing fighting between them and the other dogs in the household. Daisy is very loving and I believe she’d be best suited to someone who understands the breed and their needs and someone who has time to work on her negatives. I am being completely honest to avoid her going to the wrong home. Daisy does not travel well in the car, I do believe with time and patience this could improve. Daisy pulls on the lead but again with time and training this could definitely be worked on. She has no aggressive tendencies to humans but on occasion she can be reactive to strange dogs if they run up to her whilst on her lead, she’s never bitten or given me any reason at all to think she could. She loves attention and is a beautiful girl who deserves more than she is currently getting in the household. She is crate trained but is happy in or out of the crate. I do not know what she would be like with another dog, a careful introduction would be needed. I do not plan to let her go easily, ultimately I will be choosing who I feel is right for her. I do not want money for Daisy but I believe I have to take a payment to avoid her being too easy for someone to take. The only thing that matters to me is her finding someone who can love her like I do and accepts she needs time, patience and knowledge to let her reach her full potential. Anyone would be lucky to have her.
