We are looking into rehoming our gorgeous whippet Cooper. We have 2 children and he is great with them. We are re-homing him as we feel we just don’t have the time to take care for him and give him the relevant walking he needs. Which is incredibly heartbreaking for us. He is house trained, crate trained. His only slight downfall is he often barks at noises such as the post man but other than that he is the best. He is a highly active dog and would need more training. He is still in the puppy faze. He would be better in a household with no other pets and to someone that has lots of time for him. I personally think he would best suited in a household that could work him. I think he would be ideal for that.
We obviously want him to go to the best home that will truly take of him. He is a very active boy and does need walking daily but when walked he is prone to relaxing the rest of the day.
We would prefer a visit before you make your final decision. We will be taking this process very seriously and will be thorough.
