Meet Lenny & Gabby – proof that opposites really do attract.
Lenny (the ginger gent, approx. 6 years old) and Gabby (the one-eyed beauty, around 18 months) didn’t come into rescue together… but fate clearly had other plans.
Since meeting, they’ve formed the sweetest husband-and-wife-style bond, and now they’re looking for a forever home together.
Lenny is the shy one — a gentle, timid soul who sometimes finds the world of humans a little overwhelming. He’s never unkind, just scared, and making slow but steady progress every week. What he needs is time, patience, and someone who can love him for who he is right now.
Gabby is the opposite. Outgoing, affectionate and full of life, she only has one eye, but it doesn’t slow her down or dim her sparkle. She’s the confidence in their duo — and seems to give Lenny the courage he’s been missing.

They’ve been overlooked time and time again — Lenny for being so quiet, Gabby because of her eye — but we think they’re both beautiful in every way that matters.
Because of Lenny’s nervous nature, they’d be best suited as indoor cats, though they do love time in their catio, watching the world go by and supervising the garden from a safe perch.
They’re used to dogs and generally ignore them, even when they’re zooming around!
We’re sharing their story on behalf of a lovely rescue that’s struggling to find these two a home — and we’re really hoping that by spreading the word, we can help them find their happy ever after.
They are both neutered, vaccinated, and ready to go.
