It’s with a heavy heart that I’m looking to rehome our lovely boy, Rex. He’s a sweet and loyal dog with a playful personality. Rex knows basic commands like “sit” and “wait,” and absolutely loves playing fetch, chasing a ball is his favourite thing!
He’s grown up with my two children (ages 6 and 8) and is brilliant with them, gentle, affectionate, and always up for a cuddle on the sofa. He enjoys walks and outdoor adventures, but equally loves curling up next to you for snuggles.
Rex currently lives with his mum and dad (who I also own). He gets on well with his mum and I can leave them together with no problems. However, he does have issues with other dogs, including his dad. While they can be around each other when I’m supervising, Rex has shown reactive behaviour towards other dogs and can’t be left unsupervised with them. He may also get snappy if he's on the sofa and another dog approaches.
Because of this, I feel Rex would be best suited to a pet-free home (no other dogs or cats) where he can be the centre of attention. I don’t have cats so can’t comment on how he’d be with them.
He’s a loving companion who would thrive in a calm home with someone who can give him the time, space, and attention he deserves.
Home checks and vetting will be required to ensure he goes to the right home. Please only get in touch if you can offer Rex the loving, stable environment he needs.
