I got him when he was already 1 years old, he’s been handled loads and loves being out of his tank exploring wherever he’s allowed to go, he does like exploring that much that he has escaped a few times but that’s easily fixed with taping the vent that cables come through qs he does like to hang on them.
Such a placid boy and a great snake for a beginner. He was in a bio active enclosure but he kept burying himself under the substrate and getting it stuck in his nose so I’ve kept him on paper towels since.
Feeds well and he gets fed one large mouse per week, he often goes in the huff if he strikes and misses but this is common and I normally leave it in his tank and he will happily take it when he’s out his grump.

Comes with housing too but he needs a new uvb bulb as he leaned on it so much it fell off.
