Chester has flown from Cyprus to find his forever home . He is a beautiful English pointer and is 5 years old and is currently in foster in Hemel Hempstead
This is what his foster mum says
Mr cuddles I’ll call him .Once you’ve shown him some love be prepared to stay put for some time as he loves nothing more than snuggling his head into you. He has been great with all my customers dogs and any dogs we meet out on walks, he loves to run and sniff and generally be happy about life and freedom. He’s a typical pointer in the sense he’s very happy occupying himself. He’s only been with me 3 days and he’s off lead, he will sniff and check the bushes but he’s in sight . He happily climbs in the car now and travels well, happy for new dogs to climb in the car with him. Chester is crate trained. He sleeps all night downstairs and has been quiet all night. He’s also been left 4-5 hours after a long walk out the crate. Doesn’t make a sound when I come home and I’m always greeted with a very goofy smily face. He doesn’t have any food aggression. Chester would be fine as an only dog or he can also be in a multi dog home. ( currently in foster with 6 dogs…. And a cat ) he is indifferent to cats. He’s met mine many a times and I still wonder if he has even noticed she’s there . I believe he would be fine living with children as he is a very well natured happy goofy boy. This boy when you encourage him is hilarious and a real character but equally loves a lap to snooze on and a comfy warm bed to totally crash out on once he’s home from a walk.
