This is Mabel, she’s a chiweenie.
She was born on the 1st of march 2025, mother is dachshund father is chihuahua.
She’s currently 4 months old. She has been microchipped and has had both sets of her vaccines. She’s been regularly flead and wormed with her next treatment being due in 1 month (01/09/25) she has not been spayed. She is toilet trained and crate trained. And can do various commands (sit, down, wait, come here, say please, away, outside & leave it.)
This is a very sad rehome for us, and only doing so for the best interests of Mabel.
My daughter is autistic and has meltdowns, recently they’ve picked up and have become more frequent and more violent. These could die down again or they could stay the same but they will never stop happening. Hence why I’ve come to this decision, during my daughter’s meltdowns Mabel gets very scared and I do not feel it is fair to her to keep her in an environment she is frightened by and can’t understand I fear this will end up causing her some troubles and again is not fair to her.
Mabel is the most sweetest little cuddle bug, as stated she is toilet trained and crate trained. She walks well on a lead and is well socialised with other dogs, she wants to be everyone’s friend and loves a play. She’s loves to be at the beach or in the woods. She will come with her crate, the rest of her food, lead and collar and some toys if they’re wanted. Again this is never what we wanted to do but feel it’s best for her.
