This is Myrddin he’s 5 years old, he’s around 13.1hh - 13.3hh we haven’t measured him. He has been broken in and has done some hacking and schooling but has been off for about a year. We’ve had him since he was born he doesn’t have any special breeding, his mum was a welsh section c, A great riding horse and did some hunting not with me. His dad I don’t know much about but had a nice temper ment for a stallion and was a welsh section d.
He is good with loading up, great with being caught from the field, good with dogs, fine with his feet being done (having a trim) and pretty bombproof. He doesn’t mind traffic or any kind of noise.
But there is a catch we’re very sure that he is a rigged gelding as he is VERY boisterous and territorial in his field ,for example he will rear, buck and run at you very stallion like. None of this happens outside the filed he’s very docile and chilled. But this does means he’s not suitable for kids only very experienced horse owners. This the fact I don’t have anytime for him and that I’m too young without the resources to try and sort something out is the reason we’re selling him and also the reason for the very low price.
He does have an amazing personality he’s such a cheeky chap and if someone has the time he’s like a big dog following you around everywhere. He’s very eager while riding and quite forward so he does need an experienced person to push him and I do see him doing really well.
He seems to like jumping, he has jumped the odd log where he was broken in and a few fences. He has really nice movement as you can see in the video.
