Looking for a Loving New Home for Sky
It is with great sadness that I am looking for a new home for Sky.
Sky currently lives with another intact male of a similar age, and they are beginning to challenge each other for dominance. As I live alone, managing this safely is becoming difficult, and separating them is the best option for everyone involved — Sky, Roy, and Lola.
About Sky

Intact
Lovely temperament and very affectionate — a real cuddle monster
Ideal Home
An experienced Weimaraner or large-breed household
No other male dogs
He is fine living with a neutered female
Behaviour & Training
Knows basic commands
Typical teenage behaviour — selective hearing and plenty of side-eye
Strong prey drive
Good recall in low-distraction environments, but unreliable when distracted
Separation & Routine
Sky does suffer from separation anxiety, which will need long-term support
At present, he cannot be left alone
He needs a home where someone is around most of the time, or where he can accompany you to dog-friendly places
Background
I took Sky on in June 2025 with the intention of giving him a stable and loving home. His original owners, a family with two young children, had to re-home him when both parents returned to full-time work.
This decision has not been made lightly, and I want to be open and honest with anyone considering offering Sky a new home.
Sky can be viewed on his own or with his current pack (Roy and Lola).
