Description
Ollie was found completely alone — no mother, no siblings, no safety — and ended up in the public shelter as a very young pup. To comfort him, he was placed with other orphaned puppies, but even with company the shelter is overwhelming for a sensitive boy like him.
He urgently needs a home where he can rest, feel safe and finally learn that the world can be kind.
🔍 Appearance & possible mix
Based on appearance alone, Ollie may have some Parson Jack Russell (tricolour) mix, combined with shepherd- or collie-type influences.
His slim athletic build, tricolour coat and soft expressive eyes make him an especially charming young dog.
As with all rescued pups, his exact mix is unknown.
He is a small–medium boy, approximately 40–45 cm at the shoulder (can be measured on request).
💛 Personality
Ollie is a sweet, cheerful and gentle-hearted boy. Once he knows you, he opens beautifully — affectionate, loyal and eager to give love.
Because he has grown up in the shelter from a young age, the world is still big and new to him. He will need a little time to socialise, build trust and understand that the people around him are safe.
He thrives with people who don’t rush him, who let him move at his own pace, and who offer steady kindness as he learns.
He’s wonderful with other dogs. A stable canine friend would be lovely, though not required if his adopters have enough time and patience for him.
🏡 Ideal home
A calm home without very young children
A securely fenced garden so he can toilet and explore safely in the beginning
Adopters who will guide him gently and slowly with:
• wearing a harness
• learning the lead
• discovering the world step by step
People with time, love and patience who will help him grow in confidence
With the right care, Ollie will blossom into the loving, loyal companion he longs to be.
