Description
Beautiful short haired chocolate and tan miniature dachshund looking for his forever home. He is 17 weeks old and an absolute little sweetheart. Toileting outside, has already been trained to use bells so you’re able to hear when he needs to go.
Is eating so well (he lives for his food). Playful, energetic but not a huge fan of walking at the moment. But will happily wear harness and lead just so young and needs some more reassurance.
Is crate trained and sleeps no problem 9/10pm until 6/7 am. Is a real character but loves a snuggle and fuss. Loves a chew toy and a pull toy. Not a ball fan!
He is great with children (we have 4- ages 7-15) and loves other dogs.
We collected him when he was 8 weeks old from a reputable breeder, and have worked hard to socialise our resident dog Roux (also a mini daxie) to warm to him but it hasn’t gone well, which has hugely surprised us as she is only 18 months. She is not taking to him and it’s not fair on him as he’s desperate to play, and be close to her.
Looking for only 5star homes and will be choosy as to where he goes as we adore him and he will be so incredibly missed. Not an easy departure.
