Due to our housing situation(having to move back in with my mum and we can’t keep him there with us until we find ourselves a new place to rent) we are having to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome our lovely boy Louie, he is 6 on the 26th of October. He’s an intact male.
Louie is naturally a nervous boy but once settled will be your best friend, he must not be housed with children due to incidents with our own children in the past ( this is NOT why he is looking for a new home) he growls and shows teeth when small children enter his space, he is okay with older children/children that are aware that he needs space. He is good with female dogs but not male dogs. He has amazing recall, will happily walk for miles or will happily snuggle on the sofa all day with you! He’s a very easy dog and dosent require strict routine etc he’s happy to go with the flow, he is more than happy to be left at home for a few hours alone but can bark at people walking past the window. I’ve looked at every other possibility for him to stay with us but unfortunately it isn’t doable at this moment in time. I would love to stay in contact with Louie’s new owners and I would like to have first refusal if it doesn’t work out with new owners etc he’s a sensitive boy and I do not want him to be passed about so we would be happy to take him back if it doesn’t work out with his new family. Any other questions please ask and I will be happy to answer! Home is more important than price but the price is there to ensure he goes to someone who wants him!
