Description
Health & Background: Fully vaccinated and in excellent health. Goose has successfully sired one litter of 6 healthy puppies, demonstrating strong genetics and vitality. He comes from top working lines, his parents were the primary gun dogs for the head gamekeeper at a very prestigious shooting estate. Note: Goose is not KC registered, as he was born during Covid from a working estate where the breeders are old school and prioritise using dogs for work over formal registration.
Temperament & Training: Goose has an exceptionally calm and friendly temperament, making him a joy to own. He's incredibly well-behaved, never requires a lead, and naturally walks to heel. From day one, he's shown an innate understanding of his role as a working dog. He loves playing fetch and thrives in active environments. He is calm at home and is unlike any cocker spaniel in the sense he free feeds, and just eat when he feels like it. Very fussy on treats.
Working Abilities: As a proven gun dog, Goose sits patiently at the peg 15-20 times per season, performing reliably in the field, with a fantastic nose and recall. His natural instincts and obedience make him ideal for both work and family life.
Breeding Interest: We're seeking a suitable bitch for mating. In return, we'd love to welcome one puppy from the litter into our family (instead of the stud fee), my parents already have one from Goose's previous litter, who has also become a very special dog.
