Rehoming Tuko, my crested gecko š¦ he is approximately 1yr and 8.5 months old, it isn't an easy decision, but I want to ensure he finds the perfect home. He has Been handled and is super friendly he loves to climb and jump on you whilst handling,he also does eat live food very well but you do have to rip the crickets in half sometimes so he can taste the guts which lures him to eat them heās not a fan of mealworms though, I wouldnāt say heās a fussy eater as I know crested geckos tend to be very fussy with what they eat.
On his enclosure there is some slight rusting on the metal mesh from the use of spraying him to get the humidity right this doesnāt effect the use but there is some pet friendly and water based acrylic paint you can get to give it a freshen up if wanted too I just never got round to doing it. I have just taken his life plants out as they started to die but Iām sure he would love some new fresh leaves to climb on at the moment he has fake plants there are also clean up crew in there and a drainage layer ect for live plants š±
He'll come with his entire setup:
a Komodo terrarium
heat lamp and bulb
UVB light this needs a new bulb, powdered food
humidity and temperature gauge
spray bottle
heat Matt
Metal feeding tongs
Spare food and water bowl set
Waterfall feature it just needs a pump
and all his decor and other bits and bobs.
I'm looking for someone who can meet his needs and can provide Tuko a loving home. It's important to me that Tuko goes to someone who's willing to love and care for all his needs
