Neli is our very flashy Welsh mare who we have had several years . Neli was backed by my 9 year old and due to him losing interest her ridden career has sadly been very intermittent and she’s not done a great deal for several months however Neli has been used off lead with him and for all the family as a leadrein pony both in the arena and out hacking , Neli has proven to be brave and happy to go first or last when out hacking . Confidently walking and trotting the arena and can pop a small fence / small course. Neli had just started her canter work and was going nicely but then left again .My son and step children can all handle Neli alone on the ground to tack up etc .Neli is still a baby and needs her education continuing but will make an amazing child’s competition pony , second pony or equally a family pony for lead rein with tots and competing with older siblings .
