Charlie, a delicate teacup Pomeranian, was once just a number in a world that didn’t see his worth. Tiny and fragile, he had been pushed aside, treated as nothing more than a commodity. Love, safety, and kindness were strangers to him. His big, soulful eyes carried the sadness of a dog who wondered if life would ever be more than fear and neglect.
