Mum Betty is a KC registered smooth haired miniature dachshund, she is a beloved member of our family, exceptionally well put together with a beautiful head and a large stamp for the breed. With this she is very well tempered, and spends her days outdoor with me at work or curled up in a corner snoozing.
Dad Claude is a KC registered wire haired standard dachshund, he is also an integral member of his family, living with his mother, also very well put together, handsome face and has an easy going nature.
Both dogs are pets first and foremost, they go on family holidays, are spoilt rotten and enjoy walking up mountains or long walks, out to the pub or curled up on a sofa. In light of both dogs confirmation and temperament we have hoped to breed beautiful little members of someone’s family. This will be Betty’s first and only litter as we wanted a little girl to keep to which she has blessed us with.
Puppies will be a more substantial size dachshund, a few of them are looking like they’ll have a bit of wiry coat but we’ll be able to tell more in the next couple of weeks.
I hope to find them homes with people who understand and love the breed as anyone who is familiar with them knows that they are not for the faint of heart but are also the best most rewarding of dogs.
All puppies will be vaccinated, microchipped, wormed up to date and come with a puppy pack and a lifetime of support offered.
