I am very reluctantly selling my 6.5 year old GCC named Pickle, as I am no longer able to dedicate to him the time he deserves. I was told he is a male when I got him, but never had the certificate. He is extremely lovable and tame. He is happy to sit on your hand, shoulder or head and generally follows you everywhere. He loves flying around the house but generally picks a few of his favourite spots and hangs around there. When in a happy mood he often repeats his own name, when encouraged, and I have also taught him a command 'inside'. If you show him food he likes and say 'inside' a few times, he ends up going inside the cage (that's where I'd generally give him treats/etc, so he doesn't make too much mess).
It's important for me that the new owner has experience with parrots and will give him the time and attention he needs. I never clipped his wings so would like the new owner to continue letting him fly.
The price is for the parrot along with his big Previe cage (which I paid £240 for) and all the ropes/toys/etc.
