Description

Ozzy is a very happy and bubbly Bulldog. We took him in from a family that didn’t want him anymore in the hopes we would find him a forever home. We have 2 dogs already so knew he couldn’t stay with us for a long time. He loves chew toys, short walks with field zoomies, and a denta stick every night before bed. Ozzy has not been neutered, so there is an option to Stud him out. He only has 1 eye, and the family we took him from didn’t tell us how he lost it. It’s been stitched up really well and this doesn’t stop him from living his best life. He needs a family that can give him a lot of attention and love. He will always try be the centre of attention. He is super friendly with anyone and everyone. Has never snapped at anyone trying to stroke him on walks and is great in pub settings as he is usually (again) the centre of attention. He gets left alone throughout the day whilst myself and my partner are at work for approx 8/9 hours a day with 2 other dogs. He is a chewer, so please bear that in mind. As long as he has chew toys to distract him, he is usually fine. He is currently raw fed for the last 2 years. Prior to this, he was on a biscuit diet and was fine on that too. So, no matter what you feed him he should be fine. If you are going to stop feeding him raw, and switch to kibble, bear in mind his stomach will need a couple days to adjust and his toilet breaks will be a bit dodgy. Especially with him not having much of a tail, a wipe here and there will be needed (or you’ll get an imprint on your wall like we did a few times!!). Clipping his nails at home is a task, so I recommend getting a groomer or vet to do it for you. He’s not a biter or aggressive, just a very strong wriggler who will not still still at all!!
