The lady was extremely kind, and caring, can see she loves her animals. She gave us lots of information to help settle our little kitten, and advice going forward. Communication was brilliant, very friendly and prompt. When we went to look at the kittens she was very bright eyed, good coat, and happy to be handled. Our little kitten has settled in very well, found her feet, loves a cuddle and her food, loves exploring her surroundings
