With a heavy heart Iâm unfortunately having to rehome my gorgeous boy Scooby. Heâs such a lovely pup but sadly my life has drastically changed and Iâm moving out of my home. Unfortunately my new home isnât big enough for him and I feel itâs unfair to keep him in a space that small.
He gets on with other dogs around his size, he isnât aggressive towards small dogs he just doesnât know his size and can accidentally hurt them so wouldnât recommend around small dogs.
He loves kids, he loves my son and wouldnât do anything to hurt him. But as stated above, he forgets his size and can sometimes be slightly boisterous around him when trying to play. I wouldnât recommend him around babies/ toddlers purely just because of his excitement.
He can jump at the beginning when meeting someone but will calm down once he settles but can be trained out of this. He has a calm nature, he always has since he was a tiny puppy. He doesnât mind a car ride and loves baths. Loves a good run around a field down Banks and parks ect.
He is a ladies dog, he loves women and gets excited to see them. Heâs a little scared of men at first when he first meets them, Iâm not totally sure why but heâs been like it since we bought him. We donât have men in the house apart from my son so we havenât really introduced him to many men unless we have the odd visitor but is getting better with this. Heâs never been aggressive towards men he usually just shys away from them but quickly comes around if you give him a treat and a good fuss.
Heâs crate trained, knows basic commands and is obedient most of the time. He loves food and will eat anything you give him, heâs like a hoover with legs. Heâs also toilet trained. He needs some work walking on a lead, he doesnât pull unless youâre walking him with a friend and theyâre walking ahead of him.
Heâs scared of cars and can be unsettled when one goes past this is because we have taken him to alot of quite places and let him have free roam.
Will come with crate, toys, lead and harness and food.
He doesnât have a collar as he out grew his last one but he walks on a harness so I didnât get another. Will need new crate soon as heâs getting bigger.

Preferably needs someone who wonât be gone for long hours of the day and who has had experiences with big dogs. If you canât handle a big dog please donât consider as the photos of him donât do his size justice and was given up on day 2 because of this.
