Description

This is Coco. Our cuddly Russian-Siberian longhair cat which we had since she was 8 weeks old and watched her grow to now 10 years today. She has been spayed, microchipped, nutured and fully up to date with her vaccinations, yearly boosters, and regular vet checks. She was our first pet we have ever had and rehoming her is an incredibly difficult decision, but due to our personal medical circumstances, we have no choice now as we can no longer provide her with the life she truly deserves. With heavy hearts, we hope to find a stable forever home where she can feel safe and deeply loved. Coco is very sensitive, anxious/avoidant type of cat who at craves human love and attention and avoids other cats. She enjoys long naps, watching cat tv and following her favourite human around in exchange for chin scratches and treats. She has always been with us (even once abroad) and not had any kittens of her own. She is quite a big girl, weighing around 10kg, which as we have been told by our vet is quite heavy for a cat. We try to put her on a diet plan to help her shed a few pounds. But as food is her life, it had been challenging, but manageable. Coco is fully domesticated with some supervised access to our secure garden, almost daily, where she birdwatches and sunbathes when the whether premits - two of her favourite hobbies. We’ve trained her not to climb over the long fences, and she’s not one to explore outside as she is an indoor cat, not street smart and prefers the safety and comfort of home. As a long-haired cat Coco is accustomed to regular grooming, baths and hair dry from us and seasonal fur trimming at the vets via sedation. After a lion cut trim, she tends to get a burst of energy and runs around joyfully like a kitten. We're looking for someone gentle who understands feline behaviour and can offer the time and heart to care for her. We believe ahe would thrive in a quiet, pet-free home but with experienced cat owner, she could adapt to living with other calm pets. We have one other cat and have had other pets who she got on very well. If you believe you could be Coco’s next favourite human, please get in touch via phone, text, or email. We're happy to discuss everything and arrange a meet-and-greet. 📱 0 7 9 8 8 4 9 2 3 2 4 or 0 7 7 7 0 3 8 8 3 3 5 We are not interested in profetting from the sale but it is there to secure a good home. Rehoming fee is negotiable please call us if you are interested. A deposit is secured, we happy to drop her to your home for free. P.s we would gladly look after her if you go on holidays as she is like our baby and would not like to loose her completely. Happy if that suits you Updated 03/08/2025.
