URGENT REHOME REQUIRED – ASAP!
This is Coco — a beautiful, cuddly Russian-Siberian longhair and one of the most cherished members of our family. She's been spayed, microchipped, and is fully up to date with all her vaccinations and yearly boosters.
Rehoming her is an incredibly difficult decision for us, but due to personal medical circumstances, we can no longer provide her with the life she truly deserves. With heavy hearts, we are now looking for a loving and stable forever home where she can feel safe, and loved.
Coco is a shy and sensitive soul who craves human love and attention and ofcourse her food. She has what you might call an “orange cat personality”—endearing and full of sweet charm. She enjoys quiet time lounging, sleeping, and seeking affection from her favorite person—especially in exchange for chin scratches, and extra treats.
Coco is fully domesticated and garden-trained. She enjoys access to our private garden, nearly everyday, where she sunbathes and birdwatches—two of her absolute favorite activities. She never attempts to climb over the fence, and we always supervise her outdoor time to keep her safe.
She’s well accustomed to regular baths, blow-drying by us and occasional hair trimming during the summer months at the vets - she gets transformed to a skinny cat once the far are trimmed off and gets a zet of lift as she runs around very pleased - imagine a Sphynx cross bread with fur only on the face, lower legs, and tail!.
Coco is a big girl at around 10kg, and recently, due to her weight, we noticed she started limping after a small jump off from a new pet house we brought her earlier this year. She has recovered and then is back limping so it comes and goes - we returned the pet house. As adviced by the vet, we try to managing her diet to help her gradually shed a few pounds, though her food cravings can make it a bit of a challenge! That said, she is making improvements and there are no other health concerns.
Ideally, Coco would thrive in a calm, pet-free home where she can soak up all the love and attention. However, with the right, experienced owner—someone who understands cat behavior and psychology—she may do well with other pets. Over the years, she has bonded with one other cats and, quite uniquely, a pet rooster (we had for a couple of months)—they happily shared the same food bowl!
We're searching for someone gentle, patient, and experienced —someone who truly understands and loves cats. A secure private garden or a safe balcony would be ideal, but is not strictly necessary.
