This beautiful girl is one of the rescue cats I have cared for. Sadly, her previous owner abandoned her along with four other cats in a flat and then asked me to foster her for two months. As she had not been spayed, I took full responsibility for her care and covered the costs of her spay, medical treatment, food, and vaccinations. The previous owner promised to cover her medical and care expenses, but after disappearing and blocking all contact, i have to find her another home and try to minimise my total spend on this. In total, her original owner left me with around £1,200 of expenses — but I believe she deserves a chance at a loving and responsible home.
I can provide a full record of the veterinary costs I covered for her. Altogether, her spay and the corrective surgery for a hernia cost £795.
She was very unlucky after her initial spay — the stitches in her muscle layer opened due to poor suturing, which caused a hernia. Thankfully, she underwent successful corrective surgery, has now healed beautifully, and the vet has confirmed she is in excellent health. You can hardly see any trace of the surgery now, and she has even put on some healthy weight.
She is one year old, playful, curious, and also a careful little hunter. She has a complete vaccination record now and, once adoption is confirmed, we will arrange her microchip. Her bright blue eyes, silky coat, and healthy appetite make her even more special.
Her personality is absolutely delightful: she loves to play and explore but is also gentle and affectionate. She is well-socialised and confident around people. She really is a little sunshine in the house and will bring endless happiness to the right family.
The total adoption fee is £795, with a £200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve her. More than anything, I hope to find her a truly loving and responsible home where she will never be abandoned again.
