Truffles is a playful, affectionate, and easygoing intact male. He’s never shown any signs of being overly boisterous or dominant, which is why we’ve chosen not to neuter him. He’s in perfect health with no known medical issues.
We’ve had Truffles since last August — a bit of a foster fail! — and he has been an absolute joy. He’s incredibly sweet-natured and gets along wonderfully with other dogs (including puppies), children, and adults alike. He’s just a very friendly, sociable dog.
Truffles is house-trained, crate-trained, and well-mannered in the home.
Unfortunately, Truffles has a strong instinct to chase sheep, and as we live in the countryside surrounded by livestock, it’s become clear that our environment isn’t the right fit for him. We want to rehome him proactively, before his natural instincts get him into trouble.
He truly is a lovely dog, and it’s a difficult decision for us. Finding him a kind, responsible, and loving home is incredibly important to us.
