Description

We are very sad to be looking for a new home for our little spaniel. She was sold to us in March by the breeder as a cocker spaniel but after seeing her growth and how she’s developed she appears more springer or sprocker. (This doesn’t matter at all to us but I wanted to be honest in the advert) She is an absolutely stunning little dog with an incredible personality. She’s really intelligent and quick to pick up things, she’s easy to train with lots as she’s so willing to learn. As you can imagine with this breed she is super high energy and needs a lot of exercise and stimulation. She hasn’t really been left as generally one or more of us are home or I take her to work with me but she definitely thrives on being with others. She would really suit an active household with someone home a lot of the time to exercise and interact with her. Or somewhere rural where she can be out on the land racing around! She’s great with our other dogs, she loves them but I think she’s a bit too full on for them as they are all super happy to relax on the couch or lie in the sun or in front of the fire, whereas she would prefer to be active a lot of the time. She will and does settle and enjoys a good snooze after lots of play and exercise. She has also lived with cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, chickens and horses and is good with all of them. She’s also been around our other dogs litter of pups and was as good as gold with them all. ❤️ She is a very loving dog and loves to cuddle and have fuss. I feel like with us there are too many animals to compete with and she wants a human to herself! 🤣🥰 She is up to date with everything. The only reason we’ve made this decision is because an illness has prompted a change of circumstances and we feel we aren’t able to meet all of her needs. She won’t go to just anyone - this is very difficult for us but we have to do the best for her even if it’s heartbreaking to know that isn’t our home. Any questions welcomed. Happy to meet or chat and happy to provide any more information should it be needed.
