Hatched in 2022. We have had him since. Birth cert held,
Lovely confident, friendly, no bother whatsoever tortoise. He has a routine. He is a creature of habit. He is fascinating. He is confident. Alert.
Eats leaves, tortoise pellets.
Reason for rehoming : I was influenced and secumbed to my younger daughter owning one. When she got a tad bored of him my eldest daughter stepped in and he’s in her bedroom. She’s nearly 18 now and needs more room. College / uni study wise. Space is limited and with arlo in her room, re arranging it is limited.
He has to go to the right home, my heart is pulling at the thought of it. Someone with plenty room. If I’m in any doubt (also considering this) he will go to a rescue as he’s lovely and clearly this is our doing not the tortoises.
I can’t have him downstairs due to dogs.
He’s been out for a wander around this summer in the garden.

I don’t know his sex myself.
He will come with everything he needs.
I would say he’s more 2 years 6 months than 3 years old. His birth cert just says the year of hatch, along with other key information.
He is microchipped I believe.
