Where do we start?! One very happy, sociable and giddy young man with lots of love to give! Cruz can forget his size when meeting new people and just wants a cuddle, tummy tickle and bum scratch. He is remarkably clever and has mastered all food games and loves playing with tennis balls. He is great at travelling and loves exploring new places and longs to visit the seaside one day!
Having lived within kennels for a while, Cruz will need a patient owner who can build up his leave time and open up his world very slowly. He is good at eating things he shouldn’t so we advise to keep him on lead when out walking and this will also help with his hip dysplasia. Cruz would certainly be happy with a large plot of land rather than regular walks, which must be secure for his exercise.
Cruz loves meeting new doggy friends when out on walks but would need a home where he is the only pet and someone around for the majority of the day. He would be ideal for older teenagers.
Cruz has hip dysplasia and recently undergone surgery on both Cruciate ligaments. Cruz will be covered on our Vet Support Scheme* which will include health care and vaccinations. Any new owner would need to live local to Leicester.
