❤️ Two Beautiful Baby Green-Cheek Blue Mutation - Looking for Their Forever Home ❤️ It is with a very heavy heart that I’m looking for the perfect forever home for my two beautiful baby Green-Cheek Conures, Chico and Juno. 🦜💚 This has been a genuinely difficult decision, and one I haven’t made lightly. I want nothing more than for these two little souls to have a wonderful life filled with love, attention, interaction and enrichment. I’ve just found out that I need to complete a professional qualification for my job which is going to take at least 18 months to complete and will require me to study for this in the evenings and weekends, that coupled with my existing commitments to my family will make it impossible to give these little ones the time and attention they deserve- so I’m putting their needs first and looking for the very best home for them. ✨ A little about Chico & Juno ✨ These two are adorable, curious, sociable little characters who are already showing what lovely companions they will become. They have settled in beautifully and are making wonderful progress with their confidence and training. 💚 Tame, friendly and sociable – they enjoy human company and will happily fly over to you, land on you, sit alongside you and keep you company while you’re going about your day. 💚 Quick learners – they’re responding really well to clicker training and are beginning to step up onto fingers and arms. It’s lovely to see how quickly they’re learning. 💚 Full of personality – they enjoy playing with their toys beside you, exploring their surroundings and preening your hair! 💚 Beginning to enjoy affection – they’re starting to accept gentle head and neck scratches as their confidence grows. 💚 Happy to take food and treats from your hand – they’re building positive associations with people and continuing to develop their trust. They’re still young babies, so they’ll need someone who understands that training, trust and handling take patience and consistency. 🥦 Diet & care They’re being offered a varied diet consisting of parrot food mix, pellets, seeds, nuts and fresh fruit and vegetables daily. I’d love their new family to continue providing a balanced, nutritious diet, plenty of enrichment and regular opportunities for exercise, interaction and cuddles. 💕 Together or separately? Although Chico and Juno are not a bonded pair, they do enjoy each other’s company. I would strongly prefer them to find a home together, as I brought them home together and would love them to continue sharing their lives. My priority is finding the right home where they can thrive, receive plenty of individual human interaction and continue developing into confident, happy little companions. 🎁 What will be included? They’ll come with lots of brand-new toys for foraging, enrichment and entertainment, a large Java wood perch, and a brand-new bird carrier to help them settle into their new home. Their stacked cage setup may also be available for an additional cost. Each cage has a slide-out divider, allowing the compartments to be separated. Further details and photos can be provided to anyone seriously interested. 🏡 Their forever home I’m looking for a loving and committed home that understands the needs of Green-Cheek Conures and the responsibility they come with. They need someone with time for daily interaction, positive-reinforcement training, enrichment, the daily out of cage time they need.
