We are thrilled to announce that Winter Crag Lyssa (ISDS 374881) has been successfully mated to Hendrik Kienker’s Todd (ISDS 368227) — with puppies expected in early August 2025 at Protea Sheepdogs!
This exciting pairing combines outstanding working ability, health, and temperament, and will be Lyssa’s second and final litter. Her first litter has turned out brilliant and are doing great in both working and sport homes.

🐾 What to Expect:
Puppies bred for working homes or competitive dog sports. Raised in a loving, active home environment with early socialisation. Health, temperament, and working ability prioritised.
We expect black & white and tricolour pups, with rough and smooth coats. Some may come mottled like their mother.
When they’re ready to leave for their new homes, they will come with:
- ISDS registration and eligibility for Kennel Club registration
- A puppy contract outlining our ongoing commitment and expectations
- A full veterinary health check, microchip, initial vaccination, and parasite treatments
- A puppy pack including a toy, blanket, food, and familiar comforts to help them settle
- Lifetime support — we’re always here for advice and guidance throughout your dog’s life
