Zaneta was absolutely lovely and accommodating. She communicated very clearly and got back to us quickly every time we had a question. She also sent us pictures of our kitten during the weeks that preceded our adoption, which was absolutely lovely of her. Overall, Zaneta has been extremely kind and our little kitten was looked after really well in her care before she could come and live with us!
