Hi, thanks for visiting my advert, im a 16 year old poultry breeder in South Wales. I take a massive pride in my birds as you can hopefully see with all my photos in this advert. I started the business in 2023 with just the aim of selling ordinary eggs to local villagers. I was then completely convinced that I should take this to another level and purchased a Show Line Black Australorp Breeding Group. I have since then, took it to an even better level and im now breeding Black Copper Marans, White Leghorns and Partridge Leghorns too. I take a lot of pride keeping them in the best conditions for all of my customers and making sure I give you the best eggs for what you are paying for. I’ve also started showing my birds and have had great success with my Black Australorp and White Leghorn. When I hear that ‘ping’ that my item has sold I’m over the moon, and it shows to me how far I’ve come along in such a short space of time. 🐓With all my breeding groups I try to get the best fertility rate, so I have an average of 4 hens with every cockerel. This has definitely worked for me with multiple customers coming back to me with a 100% fertility and even hatch rate.
🐣Incubating is always a risk and I can’t take responsibility for the success on how you manage your incubation. We add a small leaflet with every package we send with Chickwood Poultry’s top tips for a successful incubation.
📮At the checkout postage will be confirmed as Standard Delivery, Royal Mail 1st Class for 6.99 including the cost of robust packaging. I am actually not making any profit with postage as the cost of packaging like this is very expensive. My eggs are carefully packaged in poly boxes to ensure safe arrival and the best chance of success. I have had some fantastic success with postage this year and have had plenty of positive reviews which you can see under my profile.
