Lizzie is a shy little lady at first, but once she trusts you, she becomes a total cuddlebug with a waggy tail and a cheeky sparkle in her eye. She adores belly rubs, follows her humans around with her stumpy legs, and is the kind of dog who will happily steal your heart — and maybe a bit of your dinner too!
She's brilliant with other dogs and gains confidence from having a furry companion, so we’d love her to go to a home with another friendly dog. She’s quiet, shows no signs of separation anxiety, and doesn’t bark unnecessarily.
Lizzie is currently working on her lead training. At times she prefers to play "statues" rather than walk, but she’s improving slowly and surely with patience and encouragement.
She would be happiest in a calm, quiet home — ideally with a retired person or couple who can give her the time and gentle reassurance she needs.
