PLEASE READ
This is a really hard post to write. Our sweet boy, Socks, needs a temporary home for about 6 months due to circumstances (we’ll happily explain more in person). We've exhausted all options so we are making a post on here to see if there is any interest.
Socks is very shy at first, but once he feels safe, he is the sweetest, most gentle companion. He is deeply loved and part of our family, so we’re looking for someone kind and patient who can give him a safe space.
We will cover all of his expenses (food, vet care, etc.).
Ideally, we’d love someone who lives reasonably close by, so we can stay connected with him.
What matters most to us is that he is with someone who will treat him with love and understanding. We want him to go to a home that is calm, patient, and understanding of his gentle nature.
He can be left alone for 4-6 without a problem.
We are thinking this could be good for someone seeking to foster or see whether a dog could fit into their lives.
