Yuna is an energetic, playful border collie. She loves playing fetch with a toy, but she also loves exploring new places. She knows over 30 different tricks and is keen on learning new ones. We take her for sniffing walks, exploring walks or just spend time with her in the garden. As long as she is with the people she loves, she is happy.
She is anxious towards other animals and barks at them. It took her half a year to become friends with the dog of one of our friends. So it is possible, just takes a lot of training.
She is anxious towards strangers and barks at them. Best way to gain her trust is to play with her and give her time to get known to new people. She will need multiple meetings before trusting fully somebody. But once you are included in her pack, she will greet you by crawling towards you and turning onto her back, asking for a belly rub.
Yuna is able to stay at home for up to 3-4 hours. She has got a good recall. She is used to be around children 9 years and older. She loves cuddling in with her loved ones on the couch and have a good rest.
We are looking for somebody, who ideally works from home, is interesting in teaching her new tricks, loves spending time with a dog, loves to go out for walks or just spend time with her in the garden. It doesn’t always have to be a walk.
