Born 16th May 2024,
Trained in defence. (Told half protection trained), no off switch. Was put in a family home. (Been in 4 homes at present) Behaviour made worse by previous owner rewarding reactive behaviour.
People and dog reactive. Now able to walk around people but can still be temperamental.
Has lived with dogs so okay with dogs once familiar.
Has now been taught- sit, lay, paw and spin. Food and ball drive.
Walked on both Grott and Prong, with a muzzle ( all can be provided)
Crate trained- can escape if left bored. (Crate can be provided)
Opens doors- doors must be locked, escape artist 🫣
Needs a home with patience and time, ideally working on a regular basis.
When reacting, he will redirect his frustration on the individual handling him, so needs a strong individual to handle this.
Heartbreaking decision but he needs constant stimulation and work- a small cottage (where currently living) is not the correct home for him and his behaviour. He is having to be muzzled in garden due to neighbours overlooking and having access to our garden.
Dog handler only! If behaviour can not be redirected into something positive, he will be put down.

He has lived with myself and my 4 year old however due to reactive behaviour, I do not recommend. His behaviour is unpredictable and not for someone unfamiliar with the breed.
I took him in on a part time basis but I am not a K9 handler, nor am I experienced in protection work. Fee is added to ensure he goes to a suitable home but this is negotiable.
He is a sweet heart when he trusts you and I will not let him fall into the wrong hands. Home will be vetted as well as viewings to form a bond. This is not a lighthearted decision and has been one that has taken many months to make. It is a decision that’s being made for his safety and wellbeing as well as my sons.
