Description
I had a sudden change of circumstances in the summer and have been struggling to carry on for the past 3 months, since the change in circumstances, it has become clear to me that it is not fair on Frankie for me to keep her.
Frankie is a loving sociable dog, she has been well socialized with humans and dogs. She loves affection and enjoys to cuddle up on the sofa of an evening. She does have a lot of energy from her spaniel background, but a good long walk, or two shorter walks a day is great for her. Or alternatively if there are other dogs in the household a good play in an open space is amazing, or she does go to day care at the moment while I work, so she is used to and happy in that kind of environment. She loves to explore new places and will sniff her way along a walk, only stopping to try and play with other dogs and puppies she meets on the way...or for treats, as she is still doing lead training. Her favourite toys are balls and she will play with two at a time, one in her mouth and one she kicks around. She has strong hunting instincts, so shouldn't be around small animals, she will rip apart any soft toys you give her, so these should be for supervised playtime only.
Frankie is up to date with flea and worm treatments, and her vaccinations. She has a microchip that can be transferred over when she gets her new home. She has not been spayed, so if this is something you wanted to do, she had her first season at 7 months, so is ready to have this procedure. She has had a dodgy tummy a couple of times, but theres no direct pattern to a specific food, so I think it was more baby puppy tummy, opposed to anything specific, but peanut butter and apple have been involved in the past, and I have not tried these foods again since she was around 6 months (she is 9 months now). She is crate trained and sleeps in one over night, and has one in the car for travelling. During the day she wanders the downstairs of the house freely.
She will come with her bed, blankets, toys, bowl, lead, food and treats. Partly for her own comfort transitioning to a new home, but also because they are hers.
She is the loveliest puppy, she gets attention wherever she goes, and everyone who meets her falls in love.
