It’s with a very heavy heart I write this, but unfortunately I am having to rehome Bruce due to me being a serving soldier in the army deploying a lot and just not having the time to give Bruce the love and attention he needs.
He is a very loving dog who has been brought up around children and he is very good with other dogs.
As with all cocker spaniels, he is very energetic and absolutely loves being off the lead running wild, especially around the seaside. That being said, whilst at home, Bruce is very calm and at worst enjoys lots of cuddles and can be quite needy, but not in a bad way, if he is told to get down from the sofa, he is very good and he will sit in his bed.
The rehoming of Bruey is not urgent, so I definitely would not let him be rehomed with anyone. Ideally, Bruce would be best suited to someone who can give him a lot of attention and has time to take him on lots of walks so he can burn off lots of energy. I also think Bruce would do well in a house with another dog, additionally kids are not an issue, like I said he has been brought up Around three children.
I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have and if you would like to come and see Bruce either on a walk or in his current home environment then that is more than welcomed.
