Suki is our beautiful bengal and we regret to have to put her up for rehoming. She is the most calm, cuddly lap cat, but is stressed around dogs.
Unfortunately, she has begun to display these behaviours of stress around our dogs.
For this reason, we’d be looking for a home for her without dogs where she can live a more peaceful life.
Suki enjoys both indoors and outdoors, but never goes far outside, often just bathing in the sun on the patio. She is microchipped, vaccinated, litter trained, spay and comes to her name (a clever girl!).
We originally thought her stress was medical, and took her to a specialist cardiologist to examine her heart. While she does live with a faint heart murmur, as is common in bengals, the cardiologist said this is nothing of concern and not strong enough to cause any problems. We have taken her for blood tests, and lots of heart scans but they can’t find any problems.
It has become clear that it is behavioural and her attitude toward our dogs is causing her stress and we would love for our beautiful cat to have a more peaceful life.
Willing to talk about price if this is an issue, we would just like her to go to a loving home.
