It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that I write this. Due to unforeseen changes in my work and financial circumstances, I am no longer able to provide the stable, loving home that my beautiful girl, Zena, truly deserves.
Zena is a stunning 6-year-old mix of German Shepherd, Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Labrador. She’s affectionate, full of sass, and has a big personality that brings joy to those around her.
As an emergency services worker, the demands of my job make it increasingly difficult to give her the time, attention, and care she needs. This decision has not come lightly, and it’s one made with her best interest at heart.
Zena is in good health with no known medical issues. She is not spayed.
She’s a cuddly, loving companion who thrives in the right environment. That said, Zena has a tendency to escape and is somewhat wary of men and other dogs up close (though she’s fine from a distance). She also has a strong prey drive, so she wouldn’t be suitable for a home with small animals.
Ideal Home for Zena:
• No other pets
• Children are fine — she loves them
• A secure outdoor space
• A patient, experienced owner who can continue her training and provide the stability she deserves
We’re committed to finding the perfect home for Zena and will be conducting home checks to ensure it’s the right fit. We’re also happy to travel for the right family.
