Mia is an incredible broodmare she’s has had four foals to date. She gave birth to a stunning filly this year and has been a picture perfect mother. She produces milk like a dairy cow and is firm but gentle with her foals.
Her temperament is great, she’s definitely top of the pecking order in are herd but not aggressive. She loves cuddles and to be bathed.
She is ROR eligible having raced with mild success, winning three races in her career and finishing sound and happy. She was brought back into work for a year and I think with right care and time could turn into a lovely horse to ride. But she is an ROR so she wouldn’t be for a novice especially as she had Eighteen month off to have a foal.
She is well bred to my knowledge, her grandsire being Danehill a prolific American sire.
We will be weening the foal in September and then she will be ready to go to her new home. It’s important that it’s five star as she is truly an amazing mare and I think the world of her.
