Two handsome boys looking for flocks of their own. Unfortunately both are related closely to all my hens. I am really fond of both. Mums are big, tough girls who lay huge eggs, dad is a gentle fellow, both are grey.
Big Red (bigger one, pink legs) is a gentle giant, he’s good with my children and dog.
Penguin (smaller, grey legs) is hilarious! Not one for children as he will occasionally peck shoes, it’s not malicious … more like pea brain antics… He also likes to chase my dog if he thinks he can (his Mum also likes to chase my dog if she gets a chance!) he might be a handy one if the local wildlife or neighbours pets are inclined to bother your flock.
