Description
5 boys READY NOW ALL BALD Will have fancy rats next week Fancy and bald. Boys and girls. Pics will be added end of the week (updated 12/2/24) We currently have bald and fancy rats looking for new homes Also secondhand cage £20 same has the 1 in the picture Our babies are handled by ourself and a 4 year old and have never bitten Once settled in rats make the best pets! For obvious reasons, hairless rats need more warmth. Hairless rats hide in objects, but may come out when people come near. In captivity, like most rodents, hairless rats must chew on objects to maintain incisor teeth, which grow continuously; ensure there are plenty of chew sticks available. Both smart and clean, the hairless rat almost never bites and bonds quickly with humans. The Hairless Rat is related to the domestic rat. The diet of the hairless rat is not much different from that of other rats. The main difference is that hairless rats need large amounts of food and water. Hairless rats need more food and water than other rats because they have a higher metabolism and need more calories to keep warm as they do not have fur
