Apart from a little confusion over the details of the ad (which she cleared up as soon as I asked!) it was completely smooth running. It's only been a day but the kitten seems to have settled in well and in good health, Angela was lovely to deal with and great with communication - almost immediate replies each time. Very helpful afterwards letting her know what products she'd used as recommendations. Would highly recommend.
