Flash is a 6yr old Labrador x Staffy. Flash is cat friendly and has previously lived with cats. He likes other dogs and gets on fine with them but he would prefer to be an only dog really so he gets all the attention. If he is to share with another dog as long as they won't bother him and are friendly he will be fine. Flash is the sweetest, kindest, friendliest boy you could meet and he has a waggy tail and a kiss for everyone. He is a true gentleman who loves being around his humans. He has lived with kids over 8yrs with no issues. He would love a new home with a nice secure garden to explore and a couple of nice country walks a day. Flash came in to our rescue as he was suffering from a skin condition that his owner could not get on top of and due to her own ill health could not offer the walks and attention he would like. He had scratched most of his fur off when he first came to us and was understandably very sad. He has seen our vet twice so far and they are really happy with his progress. He had a severe flea allergy and as he was covered in fleas this was making him so itchy and miserable. He is now flea free and his scratching has almost disappeared and his fur has started to grow back. In his new home he will need to be kept bang up to date with flea treatments to avoid this happening again. He is house trained and walks nice on a lead and travels well in the car . Flash will be neutered and fully vaccinated within the next couple of weeks (early September)
