Kennel Club registered puppies all individually tested genetically clear of CMO- 0.
I boy and 4 girls from a 5 Star Council Registered Breeder.
All puppies in this litter have been DNA tested for CMO by Laboklin. All are CMO-0 (Genetically Clear)
The Kennel Club is limiting the assignment of "hereditary clear" status to two generations unless lineage is verified by DNA parentage profiling. This change was implemented in January 2023 to reduce the risk of unintentional breeding of affected puppies due to incorrect hereditary status assignments. The Kennel Club also strongly recommends retesting every two generations, even for apparently "clear" lines, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the "hereditary clear" status.
4 girls and 1 boy born on the 14th of March and able to go to their new homes on or after the 9th of May.
Mum Willow, a lovely, kind girl. Very fond of her food so a bit tubbier than she should be.
Dad Rupert, a stunning boy with a very kind and patient temperament.
Both Mum and Dad are CMO clear.
I do not take deposits until such time as prospective buyers have come and met the puppies at approximately 5 – 6 weeks old and ourselves and everyone is happy to proceed.
I do however take a holding fee of £100 once the puppies have reached just over 3 weeks old. This is FULLY REFUNDABLE if AFTER the first meeting, the buyer does not wish to proceed.
If everyone happy at the time of meeting, I do ask for a £250 deposit, less the £100 reservation fee.
The Co-efficiency of the puppies in this litter are 3.6% - Average for Westies is 6.2% - The lower the better.
I do not vaccinate the pups as so often, the new owners vet doesn't do the vaccination offered by my vet and then start the puppy on a whole new round of vaccines which I believe to be detrimental to the puppy's long term health.
I do however make a £30 reduction in the selling price towards the puppy's first vaccination.
Puppies will have a full veterinary health check, be regularly wormed, are KC registered and will be microchipped.
They will come with a full puppy pack containing some food that they are on, copy of all parents and puppies health certificates and pedigree. 1 months free insurance and loads of information.
