‼️ An Older Dog Needs a Home .
This handsome boy is REX and he is 11 years old. Sadly, due to personal circumstances, his owner was unable to keep him, so handed him over to a friend to be cared for but, instead of offering this poor, older dog a loving home, this friend simply threw Rex out on the streets. The unfamiliarity of the streets drove Rex to recklessly run around the roads desperately trying to return to the safety and love of his original owner but all he found was fear, hunger and disappointment until he eventually ran into the traffic where his lack of awareness caused a car accident.
He was then roughly and abusively grabbed by the police and thrown into a cage, where he remained, petrified and crying for 9 months, without even being taken out for a walk. What a sad and shocking way to end up, for this poor old boy. Please don’t let this be a pitiful end to his story!
Despite the shock of his horrendous treatment Rex is still a very loving dog who will make an amazing companion in any family and particularly for someone who is looking for a canine friend who is still fit but not too boisterous. This sweet, older soul, that we know as Rex, deserves to spend his remaining years in comfort and surrounded by affection and love. If you can provide this for him, we would love to hear from you! 😊
